James’ work is shaped by 15 years in the British Army, including front-line service and leadership inside the Royal Army Physical Training Corps, where he developed the physical and mental readiness of soldiers across multiple regiments.

After leaving the military, he went on to build and lead large international teams across Europe, helping people grow in performance, confidence, identity, and leadership.

His path did not begin in comfort. It began in pressure, instability, and being written off early. That shaped the way he understands discipline, behaviour, identity, and the cost of living out of alignment.

Today, James brings together pressure-tested leadership, identity recoding, nervous-system-aware performance, behavioural repatterning, and practical systems for integration.
